The innate capacity of the cognitive faculty is to create Structure. All that we can perceive is in fact perceivable due to the structure created within our minds. In order to clearly apprehend reality we need to have a coherent structure within which to perceive it. Often however this is not the case and what is perceived is distorted and misinterpreted due to either an incoherent or faulty cognitive Structure. Ones cognition can be structured coherently but with an altogether false foundation which leads to a very clear view of that which is not. Considerable clarification and re-structuring will need to occur if this is the case and one wishes to apprehend a clear view of reality. In order to accomplish this successfully one must be willing to surrender all pre-conceived ideas and thoroughly investigate the structure and functioning of the mind. |
